Information We Collect

finimory collects account details, uploaded reference photos, event media interactions, cart and order activity, and authentication information needed to operate the gallery service.

When you sign in, finimory records the time, the IP address and the browser and device type of that sign-in. You can see this list, and sign a device out, under Profile > Security. It is removed when you delete your account.

How We Use Information

• To authenticate users and secure account access.
• To match reference photos with event photos using face search.
• To process carts, checkout, payments, and digital delivery.
• To support photographers, event organizers, and customer service.

Storage and Processing

Media and account data may be processed through cloud infrastructure, storage, database, authentication, payment, and email providers used by finimory.

Your Choices

You may request help with account access, data correction, or removal by contacting the finimory support or admin contact provided through the service.
